Q2: How much does it cost to list a property?

The basic listing fee is LKR 720 + 15% tax per property. This includes a 90-day listing on our platform with basic visibility features.

Q3: Are there any hidden charges?

No. All charges are clearly communicated before service activation. We believe in complete transparency - you will know exactly what you're paying for from the beginning.

Q4: Do you guarantee a sale?

No. We provide maximum visibility and support, but the final sale depends on market demand, property pricing, and buyer decisions. We cannot guarantee a sale as property transactions depend on multiple factors.

Listing & Services

Q1: Can I sell without using your agents?

Yes. You may directly deal with buyers. Our basic listing service only provides the platform for visibility. Assisted selling is completely optional for those who want professional support.

Q2: What is assisted property selling?

Assisted selling includes comprehensive support such as buyer coordination, negotiation assistance, viewing arrangements, and transaction guidance. This service is charged at approximately 3% commission only upon successful sale.

Q3: How long will my listing be active?

Basic listings remain active for 90 days. You can renew your listing at a discounted rate. Assisted selling listings remain active until the property is marked as sold or you request removal.

Q4: Do you verify property ownership?

We perform basic checks and request ownership documents, but full legal verification must be done by the buyer through a lawyer. We recommend both parties conduct proper due diligence before finalizing any transaction.

Marketing & Promotion

Q1: Can I promote my listing?

Yes. We offer paid digital marketing packages starting from LKR 2,500 and featured listing packages for enhanced visibility. These can significantly increase your property's exposure.

Q2: How do buyers contact sellers?

Buyers can contact sellers directly through the contact details provided in your listing or via our secure messaging system. You'll receive notifications when interested buyers contact you.

Q3: What happens if I don't get any responses?

We offer free consultation to review your listing and suggest improvements. You can also upgrade to our marketing packages for better visibility or adjust your pricing strategy.

Q4: Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes. You can edit your listing anytime through your dashboard. Changes are usually updated within 1-2 hours during business hours.

Q1: What if I encounter technical issues?

Our technical support team is available during business hours. You can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email for assistance with any technical issues.

Q2: Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We use secure systems to protect your data. Your contact details are only shared with genuine buyers who express interest in your property.

Q3: How do I know if a buyer is genuine?

We recommend verifying buyer credentials and requesting proof of financial capability. For assisted selling customers, we handle this verification process on your behalf.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and popular mobile payment solutions in Sri Lanka. All payment details are provided during the listing process.
